Upendo group we are the members of roots & shoots in iringa region at mtwango village and we are the community based group.
In the group we are 10 members in which 5 women and 5 men.
The group was started on 2008.
The group leadership:
chairperson- Lustika Mangula
secretary- Julius Mkolwe
treasure- Lucy Kabelege
Historian- Emanuel Kinyamagoha.
EXUCATIVE OF THE GROUP.
The power of performing duties and responsbilities in the group mainly were under group chairperson and all projects fundrised by the group members like - purchasing seeds for gadern - management of all group projects.
GROUP PROJECTS
-Trees gadern
-Hens keeping and
-Cultivating and conserve the gadern.
CHALLANGES.
-Lack of enough education about conserving environment.
-Lack of enough tools and funds for managing projects.
CONCLUSION
If we can get the donors who will assist us in funds for managing the project we will thanks them a lot we expect the donor from any corner of the world.
